Hi, I’m Shymia Wallace, an artist born and raised in Philadelphia. I'm a graphic designer and a recent graduate at the University of the Arts.  I am an alumni of the AAP Connect Program, Next Steps AmeriCorps and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars during my four year experience at The University of the Arts.

I am the first generation from my family to graduate a four-year college.

I'm strongly passionate about design, innovation and creativity to achieve any goal in life. As a graphic designer, I employ imagery to communicate or send a message through the use of different ideas, information and research. I have acquired a set of skills that’s around magazine design, branding, typography and logo design.

Today, I uphold a quote in my life following, “Make Moves in Silence Without Announcing every step.” This quotation guides me in my life because it gives purpose towards my plans, goals and future.
